Working for Quortex

Zoe Mavin worked for Quortex on a challenging 10-month project at a time of considerable change. Asked how she would describe her experience with Quortex she wrote:

“Very positive, I like their work ethic, and their philosophy on work/life balance. They provide support and guidance where required but otherwise placed trust in you that you are getting on with a good job and getting stuff done. They created a good team spirit amongst colleagues and quickly and effectively ensured their values were understood and embraced across the team.”

They provided guidance in potentially difficult situations where it was unclear what the client’s requirements were. Empathy during difficult periods was displayed, but at this time constructive advice was given as to how to work through the situation.”
