Iain Davidson
Iain is a Director in Quortex and has been a member of the team since 2001. Degree educated, Iain joined BT in 1988. He quickly progressed to senior roles in Field Service, Contact Centre Leadership, Product Launch Management, Solution Design and Product Management. He then joined a start-up Telco/ISP as Head of Service Delivery and successfully established their Customer Service capability before joining Quortex.
Working with clients to re-engineer their business solutions (processes, systems, organisations), Iain has helped to enhance the customer experience, reduce operational and business costs and reduce time to market for new products.
Iain has extensive experience across Business Analysis/Business Architecture and Operations Management as well as being an accredited facilitator. His infectious enthusiasm and “can-do” mentality give him a unique ability to get things done in the toughest of environments.
